We provide tailored assessments to gain an understanding of overall lower limb health to keep your feet happy and healthy.
BUSHFIRE POLICY
Our policy is to only cancel appointments on days of extreme or catastrophic fire danger, pending advice from authorities. On days of high fire danger, regular updates as the situation progresses will be given.
Claiming
There is an onsite Hicaps terminal for on-the-spot private health fund claims. All DVA gold card holders will not be charged an out-of-pocket fee with a valid referral. Medicare referrals (AKA EPC referrals) will incur an out-of-pocket gap fee with a valid referral.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply.
